Hi Pozziepinoy,
Thank you very much.
CONTRIBUTOR'S RESPONSE
Hello.
Sad to hear about your partner, but it is nice that you will stay beside your partner through his journey.
First your partner must have the confirmatory result documents. Then he needs to be enrolled in a treatment hub, where he will have his check up and baseline tests. In choosing a treatment hub, I always suggest you consider the accessibility of the hub. In doing the baseline test, you also need to do the CD4. Your partner's CD4 will determine if he will start his treatments or not. If his CD4 is below 350 he will be advised to start his antiretroviral treatment. CD4 is done every six months. The follow up check ups will depend on your partner and his doctor.
Everything will be alright. God bless to the both of you.
Stay Healthy,
