World AIDS Day: What It Means To Me

"I believe that to a large extent people in the US and other industrialized nations think that the disease is taken care of because of the medication that patients can take.

World AIDS Day gives them a yearly reminder that there are 34 million women, children and men who are infected today. Most of them cannot receive the treatment because they cannot afford it. People are still dying of the disease. Finding a cure for HIV will diminish the stigma around the disease. We need a cure that will be available to everyone in the entire world!

The Timothy Ray Brown Foundation will do everything in its power to promote this cure!"
