Email 447: On HIV Transmission

Im not sure kung tama ba na dito ako magsend ng mail ko regarding my concern, anyway here's my story, last night i engaged in an anal sex with a guy where i was the top. before we do the anal, he sucked my penis for about 1 minute then i insisted na itry namin ang anal sex, so nagcondom ako tapos first attempt na ipapasok ko na, masakit daw so dinamihan ko ang lube so sa second attempt pumasok naman, the pumping lasted for 1 minute,nilabas ko muna penis ko kasi nanlalambot. so i masturbated my penis with the condom on para magpatigas , nung ready na ulit, bigla niya sinabi na ayaw na niya kasi masakit daw so i removed the condom and started to masturbate hanggang sa magcum. eto po yung gumugulo sa isip ko, when i enter the bathroom para maghugas, nakita ko na may mga dugo yung kamay ko at penis ko, Ask ko po kung my risk ba ako since  
nagmasturbate ako ng may dugo yung kamay ko na galing sa anus niya. Hindi naman po nagbreak yung condom,.so sa madaling salita po, dinugo siya while were doing the anal sex tapos hinawakan ko yung condom na may dugo na pala tapos hinawak ko sa penis ko para magmasturbate.. please help.. maingat po ako makipag sex kaya lng may mga chance talaga na hindi maiiwasan kagaya ng ganto, Thanks.

Of course masturbation is no risk at all. However, in your case, doing it with fresh blood from your parter may cause his blood to penetrate any broken skin (and or open wound) caused by the previous penetration and your act of masturbation. Of course, the transmission is still low risk but becomes probable.

 If I were you, get a consult with an infectious disease doctor. There are other STD's that you might also get from this, so best is to seek medical advice from a professional.
