Usually the best HIV doctors in the country would recommend an HIV test 3 and 6 months post exposure to be exactly sure. 5 months is good enough but like what I said, you can follow it up with the last HIV test which is just a few weeks from now.
Any medications don't influence the HIV test because what the test tries to detect are the HIV antibodies in the body in reaction to the presence of HIV.
I know you are scared but the only way to finally end the turmoil is to take the retest. Trust me, after this you will have peace of mind :)
