Scared to Take the HIV Test

Hi.

I just want to ask, The last person who I had sexual contact with just informed me that he got tested and was HIV positive. Do I have a high chance of having it too? I’m so afraid to go to a testing center to be tested.

With regards to your question, it is imperative that you take the HIV test. If you had condom-less sex with the person who claimed that he or she just got tested and is HIV positive, then there is a need for urgency to take the HIV test. You need to now be in control of your health and your life. 

If you are scared, just call the numbers below and we will assist you. Our counsellors and staff are very helpful and friendly and won’t judge you. Our goal is to help and provide you with all the right information that you need.
