Email 449: Testing at 3 months and 6 Months

Dear Pozzie,

Hope this letter finds you well.

My last sexual intercourse was on August 11, 2013. While I used condom, I became paranoid since I developed throat infection accompanied by fever days following my contact. It took me more than 4 months to muster the courage and i have finally gone thru HIV testing on December 22, 2013. Luckily, it turned out non-reactive.

Email 448: Worried About Oral sex and Digital Manipulation

Hi Poxxie!!

I've been conscious about hiv. Been tested several times since 2010. The results are negative. Hepa B, VDRL are negative as well. The last hiv test was may 2013 and negative as well.

Been practicing casual sex, however, i do make sure for safe sex and no anal sex. I preferred to be be top. I seldom give oral sex I don't like the feeling. I am the receiver of oral sex.

Email 447: On HIV Transmission

Hi Pozzie,

Im not sure kung tama ba na dito ako magsend ng mail ko regarding my concern, anyway here's my story, last night i engaged in an anal sex with a guy where i was the top. before we do the anal, he sucked my penis for about 1 minute then i insisted na itry namin ang anal sex, so nagcondom ako tapos first attempt na ipapasok ko na, masakit daw so dinamihan ko ang lube so sa second attempt pumasok naman, the pumping lasted for 1 minute, nilabas ko muna penis ko kasi nanlalambot. so i masturbated my penis with the condom on para magpatigas , nung ready na ulit, bigla niya sinabi na ayaw na niya kasi masakit daw so i removed the condom and started to masturbate hanggang sa magcum. eto po yung gumugulo sa isip ko, when i enter the bathroom para maghugas, nakita ko na may mga dugo yung kamay ko at penis ko, Ask ko po kung my risk ba ako since

Email 446: Gonorrhea, Anal Warts and HIV Treatment

Hello,

My name is Vince. I'm 26 from Makati. I was diagnosed HIV positive last december 27 after going to a private clinic to check on my genital condition. The doctor said I have anogenital gonnorhea and anal warts that's why she told me to get tested for hiv and I agreed and unfortunately the result was positive.

My PLHIV Story

Hi Pozzie,

I just want to share my story about my experience during and after the HIV screening. First week of December nilagnat ako for 5 days, I decided to go to a hospital for check up, after the test they found out na  normal naman ang platelet count so they right away discharge me, pero the following day everything gets worst, hindi pa din bumaba ang lagnat ko at ang sikmura ko ayaw ng tumanggap ng pagkain kahit tubig, lahat sinusuka ko na, so I decided again to go back doon sa parehong ospital, they redo the test and the doctor was surprised kasi bumagasak ang platelet count ko to 120 eh ang normal ay 150, so they decided to admit me, nag stay ako doon ng 7 days. The doctors final diagnosis is Dengue Fever.

My PLHIV Story

Hi Pozzie!

Just want to share my story here and also to inspire others.

Last year July 2013 when I started reading your blog, I don't know if it's just a coincidence or whatever..... The reason why I was searching about HIV & AIDS is, I felt that something's weird happening to me. Isa akong health conscious person so medyo may kaartehan ako sa sarili ko. That year I was also involved into some unsafe sexual activity ;( .....so nag-worry ako. What I did was I searched the net about HIV & AIDS and nakita ko ang blog mo, everyday ko binabasa ang blog mo and ang dami ko natutunan.
