Hi Pozziepinoy.

POZZIEPINOY’S RESPONSE

Hi.

Thank you for your email.

Regarding your question, you can get the CD4 test, lab tests and HIV meds (ARV's) in the HIV/AIDS Treatment hubs. Check out the link below:

Aside from the hubs, some private hospitals also provide CD4 testing and labs. You can get these tests in Makati Medical Center, The Medical Center and St. Lukes Hospital in Manila.

For one to get the CD4 test, it is a requirement that you have the confirmatory HIV test with you. It also requires a referral from an infectious disease doctor, so make sure you follow the HIV Treatment process. You can check it out on this blog entry:

With regards to the pricing of the CD4 Test, you can call the different hubs or refer to the price range below (not yet updated but at least you will get the ball park figures)

The CD4 in RITM-ARG is FREE by the way, so you can opt to go there. The requirement is that you have to submit your confirmatory HIV test there and finish all the labs.

I hope I was able to answer your concerns. Feel free to email me again if you have other questions.

Stay healthy,
Pozziepinoy
