TRANSLATION:

Thank you for having the patience to read all our letters even though most are repetitive. I frequently check out your blog and it has become an eye opener for me, to be aware about HIV and more.

I just have a question that I don't know if I can raise to you.

I read in your blog about PhilHealth. I am not sure what specific form to get for the employed. I once said that most PLHIV opted to do volunteer payment of PhilHealth. I'd like to ask how much if one will make voluntary contribution?

I hope you can answer my question. Thank you.

God bless.

POZZIEPINOY’S RESPONSE

Hi.

Thank you for your email. Thank you for reading the blog.

This has been my advocacy and answering the questions of others when it comes with HIV is my pleasure. I believe that having the disease has made me realize that I can be of service to mankind through my blog.

With regards to your question, you can get the CF1 form in your company. That is the form that the treatment hubs will require you to bring to avail their free services. Now with regards to voluntary payment of PhilHealth, I asked Letlet of RITM-ARG about it and she said that the fee is P150 per month.

For more information about PhilHealth, you can check out these previous blog entries:

I hope I was able to answer your concerns. Feel free to email me again if you have other questions.

Stay healthy,
Pozziepinoy
