You can call me john. 21 years old. I am a bit sexually active, but I frequently practice safe sex using a condom. But honestly, I tried doing bareback less than 10 times. I have never been tested for hiv due to I am afraid for any consequences. 

And today, something happened. There is this yellow green discharge from my penis and when I urinate, there is mild hot feeling on the head of my penis. This is the first time for it to happened. I had bareback yesterday to be honest. I am a top.

I really panicked and I am very nervous right now. I am discreet and no one knows especially my sexual activities. I hope you can help me. I am afraid if my parents would find out.

Last year I have a contact with my friend brother then after ilang weeks naramdaman ko na may discharge na then ang dami nya at di na sya ung normal na discharge ng girls .. Then hinayaan ko lang dahil wala naman akong pera para ipa gamot ang sarili ko btw I am 19 y.o.  Then last july nang ka roon ako ng chance mag pa check up . Nag pa urine test ako then ung discharge ko kumuha din sila at nag pa pelvic ultrasound ako ung para nmakita kung may bukol sa ovaries .. Then after nun nag positive ako sa t.vaganilis at gohnorhea after that binigyan ako ng reseta ng doctor 1ininjection sa pwet at 7 days doxycycline .. After ko uminom parang wala namng nangyari parang ganun pa din after nun di na ulet ako nakabalik sa doctor kasi walang budget so ngayon nag hahanap ako ng mga nag poprogram ng hiv treatments .. Waaaat to do ?

Nabasa ko ang blog mo at mukhang madami kng natutulungan sa site mo, by the way magshare na rin ako sa iyo.. i'm a 29 yr old man meron akong partner na nadetect na may PID two years ago, two years ago rin nagpacheck ako ng skin ko kasi may mga pangangati akong naramdaman sa singit at anus, nakakaramdam din ako ng burning sensation pero di ko iniinda at nawawala.. inopen ko na rin sa doctor na meron akong partner na may PID.. he never told me na uri ng std ang PID ang sabi nya lang prang common sa mga babae magka PID kasi open cla, wala daw akong std kasi wala siyang nakitang mga butlig, pamamaga ng ari, at pag-ihi ng nana.. nakikita nya lang yung mga scratches ko binigyan nya ako gamot na quadriderm ointment na nakatulong nman sinabi nya kasi na kailangang panatiliing tuyo ang genital area pati n rin ang sa anus area para iwas sa mga fungus, sa katigasan ng ulo ko bumabalik ang pangangati dahil na rin sa di ko nasunod ang payo ng doctor na panatilihing tuyo ang private area ko bumibili lang ako ng quadriderm pra mawala. Sinubukan ko ulit bumili ng quadriderm pero wla n sa market ito.

I wanna get tested from HIV, last year may history ako ng STD..

then ngayon i guess nabalik siya kasi last urinalysis ko 8-10 yung redblood ko sa urine; 

and there are some symptoms possible causes ng HIV or other types of STD..

Like for example yong swollen node sa inguinal area ko and then non-stoppable na mga pimples ko..

Thank you for your email.

Regarding your condition, it could be anything. So if you want an accurate diagnosis, you need to get a consultation with a doctor. If you think you have been exposed to HIV, you can go seek consult with an infectious disease doctor. You can also get an HIV test on your own. You can either go to any social hygiene clinic or hospital near you. You can go to RITM-ARG or RITM Satellite Clinic (check them out for directions in my my search box). 

It is best to have control over whatever you are experiencing now before it becomes worse. Do the right thing now before anything gets worse.

It’s getting worse. I'm so sad, alone, guilty. I feel dirty. My life is ruined by love and sex. In the past I had unprotected sex with my boyfriends who always deceived me. They only used me. It's my fault because of love. I'm blind and didn't protect and take care of myself. I knew even if i do not go to gynaecologist that I have a sexually transmitted disease.
