TRR in BBC World Service Calling
My partner Tag told me that when he was young, he used to listed to BBC World Service Calling, a radio show that highlights on international news, with in-depth analysis and information. Tag has a fascination with radio show that when he was young he used to staget a radio show, with him as a host in the backyard of his house in the U.S.
A month ago, with my communications with Dr. Margarita Holmes, a renowned psychologist and sex therapist in the Philippines, popular for her books, her articles in newspapers and online magazines and her TV shows; and a dear friend of the TRR Foundation, TRR was asked to be part of the BBC World Service Calling about HIV and AIDS in the Philippines. Smita Patel, the Senior Producer of BBC Radio Current Affairs, started sending me emails about her coming to the Philippines and giving an interview. We conversed over the phone and asked about the situation of HIV and AIDS in the Philippines, the age group of the affected population and the sex workers in the Philippines with HIV. She asked if she can interview the TRR Foundation and how it is helping those who have HIV and interview three people living with HIV and a sex worker who has HIV. Of course, I was glad to be of help as this will bring forth the focus of the world to the Philippines once again. But the one who was more excited was my partner Tag, who can't believe that this was happening to me and the Foundation.

Proud to be a TRR Volunteer
hi kua pp.
Let me start my story when i was 16 years old. It was my 16th birthday nung sinabi ko sa family ko na bading ako. I know my hint na sila pero gusto nila ng confirmation galing sakin, At inaasahan ko na din na hindi nila matatangap na bading ako. Dahil dun pinauwi ako ng pampanga. And my gay life started there.
I met one guy sa online gay site. I feel inlove with that guy. but because of work he needs to go back sa manila. Dahil mahal ko sya sinundan ko sya sa manila but our relationship didnt wirk talaga.
Dahil dun i feel na walang nag mamahal sakin at i feeI rejected ako. Pinilit din nila akong mag pa test pero i refuse it. Hindi ako takot sa magiging resulta, ang kinakatakot ko, ano ang sasabihin ng pamilya ko oag nag positibe ako. Bakla na nga may hiv pa.
I think I'm Infected
My last sex intercourse was last year, november. I am so scared now because, just last week march 17. My soar throat went back, and then it follows my groin and armpit to swell. It's been a week now.
I can be infected with these symptoms that I'm having now. My contract will end this June and I'm planning to resign and come home.

My Life Story
just call me anonymous a simple, athletic, smart guy.,,, i will be 32 this may.,,, i would like to share my stories.,,, to everyone, especially to straight guy like me that hiv can be acquire not only on gay sex and msm but also on female as well..
During my college year i was a happy go lucky guy... after school and practice at the gym,... i always love to hang out and party,.... i go to different bar and places to drink with my colleague friends and classmate and meet some interesting, smart and beautiful women.,,, More often those hang outs and hook ups ended on some hot and steamed sex ( with or without protection ) in the belief that hiv can only be acquire in gay and msm sex....
After graduation i worked in different company and corporation and i enhance my knowledge in the field of accounting and engineering.,,, And during those time that i worked in the company i focus my self to my work and to my job until at the age of 28...
During my 28th year i celebrate my birthday with my college friends, we hang out in the same bar that we used to hangouts during our college years and mesmerized all the happy moments we shared and all the naughty things we did during college.. ... Because of my situation and my ambition in focusing on my career i forgot to get married and find the woman i will be for the rest of my life....
