hi i found out that i am hiv positive last sept 9 just 2 days before my b day you know my husband died maybe because of the complication of hiv he even died without knowing that he is hiv positive even if i ask when where who and how did he got it nobody will going to answer me but its good to know that my kids are negative and my cd4 count is 908 and hoping that i can maintain it all i have to do is to maintain healthy living i hope this blog post of mine can be a way to meet other hiv positive who could  
accept me for what i am...

I am sorry for what happened to your husband. In your case, I am glad that you got tested early and that your children turned out negative. Just keep a positive outlook, stay healthy, boost your immune system and get a check up every 6 months in the hub,

You can meet a lot of PLHIV's in the blog and chatroom. However, I strongly recommend that you join the Red Ribbon group. It is a private, online support group for PLHIV's, where you can meet people with PLHIV's and post yur concerns. We also have programs that you can join like outreach, training and seminars and get together. You can either disclose picture or create a new account. Click the link below to join:
