Hi Pozziepinoy.

 May I ask is the arv meds free for all hiv posit8ve patients regardless if he has PhilHealth or not?

Hi XXX.

Thank you for your email.

PhilHealth is usually not required in getting the ARV's as they are under the grant by the Global Fund. However, the hubs require PhilHealth so that the PLHIV's will avail of the free lab tests under the OHAT package. This also ensures that if and when the Global Fund pulls out, the system is already in place for us to continue our treatment.
