PNP & HIV

Party and play or partee and play (PNP or PnP), also known as a chemical session, chem session, or simply as partying, is a phenomenon and subculture of recreational drug users who engage in sexual activities with one another, either one-on-one or in groups. The term is often but not always used by and associated with homosexuals and men who have sex with men (MSM). The drug of choice is typically methamphetamine, known as crystal or tina in the gay community. It has been called both an "epidemic" and "plague" in the gay community.
I've heard of PNP being offered to lure men in a lot of gay chat sites like in Planet Romeo, Manjam, Grinder and Jack'd (to name a few), but to be really honest, I never have tried it. Most of the men there would always ask for drugs or poppers and would offer to bring them. I really have no experience on this but from what they told me, it gives them utmost pleasure, prolonging the erection and makes you have an outrageous orgasm. They also said that you can have sex for hours and hours.
Here in our country, these games being played during sexual acts are becoming scary, well up to now. I learned from school before that when you are on drugs, you can't decide anymore what is right from wrong. I still believe in that. When you are under the influence of drugs (or even of alcohol), even though you know that unprotected sex is a no-no, even though you have been "educated" in school that you can get different diseases from unsafe sex, you will still do it because of the extreme feeling of "high" the drugs are giving you. Since the recreational drugs improves sexual performance and longevity, one would want to try it with multiple partners. Everybody becomes beautiful and pleasurable, not knowing the consequences as soon as one wakes up from it.
With the rise of HIV in the country, it is really scary to even think of it. I know that the gay places (especially the vacation "hot spots" in the country during the Holy Week, which they called the Sodom & Gomorrah beach areas) are still the venues for this PNP groups. Imagine just one HIV infected individual can infect a lot of non-HIV individuals in just one session. The domino effect will continue as the other newly infected individuals will pass them to other groups of people doing PNP. Scary, right?
It is better to know the facts. However, when one is really under the influence of drugs, even the strongest of facts can be forgotten temporarily, but with the consequence of a lifetime illness, especially of HIV!
