Before you go to bed tonight or wake up in the morning, always .... 

BE THANKFUL!
  1. You are alive!
  2. You have a family who loves you
  3. You don’t have infections
  4. If you have infections, there is treatment!
  5. If your CD4 is low, it can go up
  6. ARV’s are free in the Philippines courtesy of the Global Fund and next year, by PhilHealth.
  7. There are treatment hubs all over the country.
  8. There are good HIV specialists.
  9. Our country has strict laws about HIV/AIDS discrimination especially when it comes to employment
  10. You have friends who can understand your situation.
  11. Consultation in treatment hubs is free.
  12. PhilHealth has the Outpatient HIV/AIDS Treatment (OHAT) package which provides free lab tests and CD4 testing
  13. There are support groups in the country
  14. There are people who can help you with financial health support
  15. HIV is not a death sentence anymore
