 I asked our members in TRR and they gave me this:
The Reproductive Health & Wellness Center (RHWC) of Davao City offers 100% Free HIV & syphilis testing and counseling. It is located at Jacinto Street, Davao City. If you're commuting, simply look for "City health/hygiene".

Landmark: Ateneo

Testing Schedule:
Monday - Thursday -- 8:00 am - 11:00am, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Friday --8:00 am - 11:00am, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
