Plano ko po sanang mag-abroad (both travel and work), anong mga countries po yung may restrictions sa entry, stay, work?

Regarding your question, you can travel abroad for a quick stay without restrictions. If there is a visa requirement as tourist, there is no medical examination requirement. However, if you are applying for a work visa or a resident visa, some countries really require a medical examination prior to getting a visa.
