hello po. Member na po ako sa philhealth as an individual payer. As of now, wala pa po akong work kasi fresh graduate po ako. Paano po kapag  
employed na ako? ieenroll pa po ba ako ng employer ko ng panibagong account  
aside dun sa una kong account as individual payer? dalawang beses po ba ako  
maghuhulog ng contribution ko to avail free ARVs? Sana po masagot niyo mga  
questions ko. Maraming salamat po.

 Hello. I am a PhilHealth member as an individual payer. As of now, I still have no job as I am a fresh graduate. What will happen when I become employed? Will my employer enroll me with a new account aside from my individual payer account? Will I pay twice to avail of the free ARV's? I hope you can answer my questions. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your email.

I am glad that you are an individual payer and have an insurance even when you were in college. It is nice to hear people who are proactive about their health.

Now, when it comes to your question, all government and private sector employers are required to have their employees become a member of PhilHealth. In your case, since you are already a member, once you become employed, you will be asked to fill up a form and just state there that you already are a member. Your HR officer will change the status to an individual contributor to an employee contributor. Thus, you don't have to pay twice.
