gud evening, i have a 360 grade vision and im used to wear contact lenses. now that im infected is advisable to continue wearing contact lenses.

There is no issue with wearing contact lenses with having HIV. Just follow your protocol of sanitizing your lenses prior to usage which of course you are doing already.
